im so sad to say to say that today is the day we fly back to the U.S. As a group we have shared so many laughs and memories with many stories to tell. Costa Rica will always be in our hearts and hopefully I will return next year , so for now adios Costa Rica.

It has been an amazing trip. I thought it was a amazing experience. My favorite part of the trip was the Tarzan swing. I am ready to take the long flight back to Connecticut.

The final day. It's been a great ride through Costa Rica. I made new friends here, and now it's time to say goodbye. We'll be home tomorrow, 23 minutes or earlier into it.

Todays the day we say our goodbyes to our Costa Rican friends. 😔 They were so good to us and so welcoming for us that they have become part of the family! I'm sad that we are leaving but I'm also happy to be re uniting with my U.S. Family members. Love you guys and I hopefully can convince my parents to let me go next year. After I tell them all of the story's they will for sure let me meet with Tom and the crew again next year!

As the trip ends we went looking for souvenirs for our freinds and family. I am looking forward to leaving and seeing my family. I am also sad to leave this beautiful country. We had lots of good memories that I will remember for years to come.

Today was one of the most laid back days ever!! We took a hike and saw sloths, iguanas, Jesus Lizards and about a thousand hermit crabs. The beach, well let's just say it was a once in a life time experience, bad. I got stung by my first bee... UNDER WATER! It's alright though, I am a man.

Today we went on a hike and saw many animals like sloths, lizards, crabs, and many more. After that went to the beach were we played soccer and went swimming. It was a fun day and I am ready for our last days in Costa Rica.

Today, we went on a nature hike, saw lots of animals including lizards, geckos, and crabs. Next, we went on the beach and played in the waves. As the trip winds down, and time is plentiful, I can reflect on the events in previous days.

As the trip comes to an end, we are embracing all of the beautiful nature and amazing people that we are surrounded by. Today in just one hike we were able to see a sloth, many "Jesus christ" lizards, an overwhelming amount of crabs, iguanas, and more. Miss you all so much

This trip is something I will remember for my entire life! Its only ten days and I wish it was more because each day was action packed and Costa Rica was always ready for the crazy kids in this group. From swimming to swinging off of a 200ft Tarzan swing, it was all an adventure. Mom and dad, this was an amazing experience and I hope to do this next year! *wink**wink*
Today (6/18) we went on a 3-4 hour rafting extravaganza! We got very wet and we went through some very dangerous Rapids! So much fun and I can't wait to see everyone back in CT!

Hi, today we are at the lodge and will go to the beach tomorrow. I am having a blast and am excited for the rest of the trip. We have snorkeled, rappelled, rafted, hiked, did service and there is much more fun left.

The activities on the past three days (rafting, zipline, Tarzan Swing, etc.) have been extremely fun. Although I didn't participate in some of these, the ones I did were exciting to do. Now with all the hard work done, we can enjoy the rest of our time playing on the beach and observing nature.

costa rica has been a blast! These past two days went so fast but we had so many adventures! We just got back from toms butiful ecologh, there was so much to do. The first day we did a Tarzan swig, it was one of the most scary but fun things I have ever done. We also went zip lining and repealing. Today we spent the whole day rafting on the river. The rapids were crazy and the currents were stronge, many people fell out. I can't wait to see where tomarows adventures bring us.

What a great few days. The pictures don't tell it all. We have laughed, done service, danced, jumped off of great heights, rafted and are now relaxing on the Caribean side of Costa Rica. I'm exhausted in a wonderful way,

Costa Rica is so much fun!!! :D. I am having a blast. Today we went on class four rapids even though it was just my first time white water rafting. I also did zip lining and did some rappelling off of trees. The bugs are still biting,but I am still going strong. I also got to try coffee. (with lots of sugar though)
